Excessive guilt after a sexual gratification, inability to be sexually gratified, inability to talk about sex without feeling guilt, shame etc, these are what I would call sexual dysfunction and it’s quite common for Christians to experience stuff like this, isn’t it?

I think you’re right.
Best example: A line from the TV show "All in the Family" – Gloria is speaking to her friend and says, "My parents are from a different generation, and believe that sex is something you do after marriage, and even then, only when absolutely necessary."
