Viagra, Cialis, etc all require sexual stimulation to produce an erection so I was wondering if there was any medication that could produce an erection regardless of sexual stimulation. Please help. It’s important. Thanks.

Sexual arousal is the whole purpose of obtaining an erection. Why would one want an erection without sexual arousal? Not me!

Just think of something that turns you on. That gets it up without needing stimulation.
