I’ve had this question in my head for a couple of years now. I’ve had this happen to me even before I was sexual. For example, tonight I was doing the dishes and I just feel a gush of fluid come out of my vagina and trickle down my leg. I’ve been checked out for any STD’s and it’s all been clear, but this get’s annoying cauz my underwear usually ends up with a puddle of fluid.

Hey Diamond,
YES is your answer. It is basically the equivalent of men getting an erection without stimulation and a bit of pre-ejaculate wetting themselves.
It can happen simply by having sexual or hot thought and with women the glands can hold on to the fluids for hours until you become relaxed enough to let it out.
It has been said it can be cause simply by looking at a good looking guy!

That’s vaginal discharge…it usually happens more when ur nearing ur period.

That happens to me sometimes;
Occasionally I’ll just wear an ultra-thin pad in my underwear, when I’m nearing my period since it happens more frequently then, so I don’t have to change my underwear.
