The broadest definition for female sexual dysfunction would be any recurring problem that hampers your ability to respond sexually. The Mayo Foundation estimates four out of ten females are suffering from FSD.. Surely FSD causes life to sexless.. The good news here, however, is that your condition can be treated and you still have a chance to overcome the obstacles in your marriage.

Oh Gawd…I dated a girl that was a-sexual. It was almost like she wanted a guy to spend money on her, give her attention, give her rides, surprise her with gifts, but wanted that guy to just be a friend. I quickly lost interest in her. She said something about how she stopped having periods years ago, so I think that had something to do with her a-sexual behavior.

Yes it can. It’s a huge problem if your wife cannot experience arousal and sensation in sex due to either having major hormone problems, stress, and or psychological/emotional issues. She won’t have the desire to have sex at all or at least not very often and this can cause a sexless marriage. Some women that suffer from FSD though still choose to have sex with their partners to at least attempt to keep their partner somewhat satisfied…but this can be damaging psychologically and emotionally to the woman as it is a big self-sacrifice and if the partner doesn’t realize this…than the hurt and pain can set in emotionally.
