After having an MRI scan, can a doctor know whether or not the person has engaged in any type of sexual activity, whether it be fingering or sex, or whether alcohol has been consumed due to damage to the liver? This is concerning a female patient.

There would be no definitive way to discern from an MRI of the pelvis whether a person has engaged in sexual activity. THe radiologist would not comment on that anyway.
With regards to alcohol consumption, there are clues. Most commonly the liver becomes infiltrated with fat and the signal characteristics of the liver change, There are other reasons why fatty infiltration of the liver (steatosis) may occur but alcohol is most common. Now, having said that, you would have to be drinking a substantial amount for at least a year and probably longer for those changes to begin to appear. When a radiologist reports that finding they typically report steatosis and leave your doctor who ordered the scan to figure out the cause.
