You can turn celibate if you have had sex before. Also, did you know that you can take back your virginity? Virginity is a state of mind really so you can take it back. Also sex is not a sin, it’s natural and every living thing is made to consumate.

Celibacy means abstaining from sex, period. It doesn’t make a difference whether one has engaged in it before.

  9. Heather Says:

You can be celibate if you are a virgin and choose to not have sex ever, or you can not be a virgin and decide to change your ways and become celibate. Either way it works.

To be celibate is to abstain from sexual activity. It can be done after years of sexual activity, but also when you are still a virgin.
In the past (and some areas still) it is not unheard of that men and women enter a convent after their spouse dies. They then take the vow of celibacy, meaning to abstain from that day forward.

Virginity is the one that is gone forever once you have had sex.
