I been wondering about this for a while. I figured if you are doing an activity that causes you to sweat, the alcohol could flush out of your system quicker. Is there any truth to this or does the waiting out method still work the best?

Alcohol is metabolized at a constant rate of .02% per hour. Nothing will make it happen at a faster rate.

i think that since alcohol dehydrates you, if you do exercise you will sweat and feel worse.

Uuhh! Sometimes – alcohol & sexual acitivity don’t mix. It can cause a functional breakdown between the brain & the penis causing impotence.
