Breast cancer, like all other cancers, happens when normal cells change so that they grow in an uncontrolled way. This uncontrolled growth causes a tumour to form.
External stimulation, however vigorous, cannot trigger this process.

If that was true, every woman who breastfeeds will get cancer. In fact breastfeeding reduces the risk of breast cancer.
