If it is done by a wife to her husband and it is consensual, then no. The marriage bed is not defiled. If it is done by anyone not married to one another, it is indeed a sin. It is fornication.

My honest opinion: Yes. Because I would have a hard time doing that without lust in my heart- which is a sin.

God wants you to have all the pleasure you possibly can. If what you’re talking about is going to make you and your family healthier and happier in the long run, go for it. The determining factor that makes it a sin are many. eg. Who are you with?, What are you looking at?, etc.

As far as I can remember literally, anything a husband and wife do consensually with each other (only) is not a sin.

All sexual actions are not considered to be sinful if the sexual actions or lust are within marriage and you are lusting towards the person of the opposite sex that you married.
