Long story short, I’ve discovered recently that my boyfriend has Chlamydia and passed it along to me and he doesn’t know that he has it yet. He’s away in the military and I just talked to him for the first time in a month yesterday and couldn’t bring it to myself to tell him. The thing is, I’ve done a lot of guess work and come to the conclusion that he must have had it for a year or longer, so it is rampant in his system I’m sure, becuase we’ve used protection everytime but once, and that one time he didn’t even ejacualte so my exposure to it was very low and I still contracted it. We’ve only been dating for 2 months and have been very sexually active during that time. He was rarely able to climax during intercourse and had difficulty maintaining an erection at times. He also had a frequent urge to urinate. I know these generally are not symptoms of Chlamydia, but could it be the culprit here? Spare me the ‘you have to tell him’ lecture, I know. Just want some insight on the matter.
