General

Any way of increasing testosterone, without steroids, is very important to all men in general. But especially important to athletes.
Doc says my testosterone level is normal. They have one range that they use. I’m 6′4" 250 lbs of beef, if my level is "normal", how is not fatal for most men who are half my size??? Just a thought.

You might want to check out this study Effect of Ejaculation (Sex) on Bodybuilding Gains at the following site. Too much info there to post the entire article.

There is no evidence that having more sex more often increases testosterone levels

no won’t increase levels but a simple blood test could show your level and if it’s too low for your age they could give you pills or creams to increase levels
