Does PCOS affect sexual activity?
I was trying to research online and I found a site that said it was possible for sex to be harmful if you have cysts at that time, because they can rupture.
I was curious as to whether or not this was true. It was the first I had ever heard of it.

I have PCOS and have yet to have a problem with sex.

I have a friend who has PCOS and I have never heard of there being a problem. She is trying to concieve so she has to have sex to do that. Ask your doctor if your concerned

well i had PCOS 3 months into my marraige due to obesity and sedentary lifestyle. although, there was a decrease in my libido, i enjoyed sex without encountering a problem. i beleive that it depends on whether the condition is acute or chronic. if you are unsure about it, then its always better to consult your gynae.
