I know Rigiscan is a some device that measures the rigidity of penis while sleeping. I want to know is it a good indicator? does it give the same rigidness of the penis while being in a maximum erection during stimulation? What is its accuracy? When may it give inaccurate results? What is the acceptable measure for it to give? Please only doctors or some with enough experience answer this. I don’t want ‘funny’ people here. This is serious. Thanks.

Absolutly not.
You don’t have to have an erection to have sexual ability.
I have no idea what the point of using that device would be. Erctions while sleeping are always better durring sleep anyways.
WHy are you measuring this? It’s not going to do anything for you.
Your test of sexual ability is trying to have sex, that’s your test.
If you can get and maintain an erection fairly well there is no issue. If not then just talk to a doctor.
