Does the male body change from lack of sexual activity?

General

Is there an age at which (for males), if you do not or never have had sex, you will being to suffer physical or emotional changes? I’m not talking about the stupid "Use it or lose it" but rather hormone balance and the like. I would imagine there such an age might exist because the maintenance of sexual readiness costs the body valuable resources, and if you reach and older age without ever being sexually active your body might just give up/
