Endometriosis causing pain after an orgasm?

General

Would it do that? After an orgasm with no penetration at all? I mean no sexual intercourse at all, just stimulation, orgasm, then extreme pain.

Yes, after an orgasm endometriosis can cause pain and cramping. I have experienced this before I got diagnosed with endometriosis last year. I only experienced this with orgasm during sexual intercourse and have pain with intercourse too.

I would recommend that you discuss this with your doctor/gynaecologist for further evaluation to see what they say.

    Good luck :)

Yes, it could because of the muscles being further tightened due to the pain. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well but in the mean time here’s the link to a site that may help you find more information:
