For Something To Be Rape.. Does It Mean Forced Sex Or Any Type Of Forced Sexual Activity?

General

So.. let’s say for the sake of an example that I tie a woman to my bed and shove my fist up her butt.

Is what I am doing legally rape or not? I didn’t have sex with her but I definitely did forced sexual activity?

Would this be rape? Sexual assault?

  1. The First Dragon Says:

Yes, forcibly [or against the victim's will] inserting any object into the victim’s body orifice, in a sexual context, is rape.
Forcing the victim to perform sexual acts is also rape.
Lesser forced sexual activities– fondling or kissing, for example– are sexual assault but not rape.

thats sodomizing which is along the same lines of rape…both of which is punishable by law…
