i have a fetish which involves balloons and condoms
i had a balloon phobia as a child but grew to like balloons at about age 7 or 8 then into my teens would sit on balloons for sexual stimulation
am now married and my wife totally supports my fetish and has fun joining in sometimes
some days i feel guilt otherdays fine
if i was to seek help i would be embarrassed and want to know what sort of things they do to help

If your balloon fetish is OK with you and OK with your wife, what’s the problem? why would you want to spend time/money discussing this with a psychologist?
You end up asking "what sort of things they do to help" — What does "help" mean to you? Eliminating your fetish from your love life? Choosing different colors for the balloons?

There is no hope for you in therapy. You and your wife should be confined to a mental institution for the rest of your lives. They’ll let you out on your birthday so you can go get balloons.

A psychologist cannot cure a fetish but I think they can help figure out the cause and the thing I don’t get is if you wife supports you on this then what’s the problem? Millions of people have fetishes, you’re not strange and shouldn’t feel guilty about it unless it becomes an obsession.

If you enjoy it and your wife enjoys it ..then what is your problem? just enjoy it.
