My best friend is always complaining to me that when she have sex with her partner, as soon as it starts, it’s over. She said he only last about 10-15 humps. Just when she starts to feel good, it’s over. What advice can I give her so she can stop coming to me with this problem?

Premature????That only happens with birth. My advice is to do it more than once in a row. the more times you do it the longer it takes to get off.

Well, maybe there is an underline medical situation.
But if it is purely a physical aspect there are plenty things one can do.
1) masturbate regularly
2) train him, similar to kegal but with the penis
3) train him, through hand jobs…Slowly each time going a little bit further each time,
4) during sex, make sure he doesn’t thrust so fast and let him stay shallow and not deep.
Hope this works…

I usually hear Dr. Nancy Alvarez on Telemundo net work and she says that you have to go to the Doctor for this problem, because it can be a medical problem or a psychological one, so the Doctor is going to tell you if you need a psychologist or a sexologist. There are many with are free at the Community Services or universities services.Good Luck to your friend.

13-15 humps…lol first off cut out his foreplay. Don’t moan or talk sexy, if you have to, right when it starts to feel good , say something to distract him from thinking so much about it. Hey it may give her a few more "pumps"

While this is usually a psychological problem caused by ansiety about sexual performance it can also, rarely, be a medical problem. Either way it requires a doctor to dertermine which it is through tests. If it is psychological, the more often it happens the worse it will become without treatment. Masturbation and "training" won’t work.
