Until your Dr gives you the ok. Your Dr should recheck to make sure all tissue is removed and your cervix has closed back up again then you can have sex again.

It depends on how far along you were. If it wasn’t past the first trimester, then a couple of weeks ought to be enough…if you feel up to it.

my doctor told me when i had mine and i had a d&c i can when i feel up to it and i will see u in 2 months when i get pg again

when my wife had a miscarriage last year they told us to wait at least 2 weeks. sorry for your loss.
