The drug may be taken daily or about four hour before intercourse, although daily use is more effective. It takes one to two weeks for the daily dosing to become effective, and many men find that they can then stop the daily dose and just take the medication when they’re expecting to have intercourse.

Dude i think you answered your question.

Take one 10mg pill one hr before sex. SWALLOW IT. It ain’t a urethral suppository.

You would get the best results if you take it regularly but you are NOT allowed to do so if you do not suffer from approved indications of the drug.

Drugs like Paxil are most efficient when taken regularly and for a long time. There are side effects. Taking Paxil just for premature ejaculation must be done under strict medical supervision. There are many other ways, including training and practice that are often better suited for that…

Dear Self Medication with Paxil is never recommended for PE condition. Paxil is an antidepressant drug. If its taken recklessly it will reduce or kill your erections as a major side effect which is not desirable. We recommend Paxil only in severe cases but along with other medicines to recover the condition safely and effectively.

There are other measures to control PE but for effective treatment you must consult Specialist Doctor as remember one thing PE is either treated in one stretch or it remains life long.

The male orgasm/ejaculation involves the contraction of many muscles in and around the pelvic region.Mind plays an important

role during ejaculation. If you know how to identify these muscles and how to control your mind, ejaculation won’t happen until

you desire.Natural treatments are best to delay ejaculation

I am answering your question with the assumption you have been prescribed Paxil. If you haven’t, then you shouldn’t take it. Most doctors prescibe patients to take 1 tablet daily at the same time each day. Paxil has a long-half life so in your case it probably wouldn’t be necessary to take it based on when you are going to have sex. The most important part is that it’s taken daily and at the same time. It is not a drug that you can take on an "as needed" basis because it requires daily dosing to become effective and remain effective. Taking it only once in a while will have virtually no effect.
