Whenever I am involved in heavy petting, or kissing, and am aroused..the nipple never gets hard it just stays in the same everyday non-stimulated position..the only time it changes is if someone touches it..and only in a certain way.

This is perfectly normal. Not everyone is going to have pop-up nipples, just because they’re turned on. Many women – myself included – only get erect nipples when they’re being directly stimulated. As soon as the stimulation stops, they go back to their flaccid state.

maybe they’re broke! you should check into returning them for a full refund.

Perfectly normal. Mine do that, too. Unless it’s cold in the room, they don’t do a thing.
