I am wondering if there are some easy rememdies for premature ejaculation?

It usually takes about a minute for me to ejaculate if I am having intercourse. I need some sort of remedy to prevent a premature ejaculation so my partner and I can enjoy intercourse more.

    The next step is to perform forty flexes and then rest for a few minutes. Repeat this routine three more times until you have completed four sets of forty flexes. If you are finding it hard to perform these exercises you may want to wait until the next day before you continue your training.

    As your PC muscle becomes stronger and gets used to the continuous workout you will want to start doing four sets of one hundred continuous flexes with a few minutes rest in between. If you want a healthy PC muscle you should aim to work your way up to four sets of three hundred flexes everyday.

    As you progress with your training you can add different variations of the exercise to your daily routine. One variation involves tightening and loosening it in small portions or increments. All you have to do is slowly tighten your PC muscle, hold it, then tighten it a bit more, hold it again, and then tighten it all the way you can and hold this position for thirty seconds. Then you can reverse what you have just done by loosening and holding.

    The great thing about this exercise is that you don’t need any special equipment or even any privacy which allows you to perform it anywhere. So if you want to have strong erections and control when you ejaculate you should start exercising your PC muscle and see for yourself what the results are.
