You have to use it VERY carefully though. And you need to wash all your sheets in hot water, as well as all your clothes. Clean out your drawers and vacuum the floor around your bed, etc. By the way, if you were my son and you came to me to tell you about the time you slept at your friends house - I'd believe you and get you treated without trying to embarass you. I'm sorry this happened to you... but stuff like this happens and it's best to take care of it right away. It should work down there too because lice is lice anyway first u should trim the hair down there one with scissors or clippers(with guards)Then mix a small amount of garlic(fresh minced, not powder) and mayonnaise 2gether then spread on area let sit for 30mins then rinse. You coud have gotten them that way. But you should not be using any treatments without seeing a doctor first. Just tell your mom that you need to see a doctor because you have had some itching in a private area. The doctor can explain to your mom that there are non-sexual ways of getting this and they should not jump to any conclusions. I am sorry that you do not have the sort of relationship with your parents that you can talk about this without worrying that they will think you are sexually active.
