I want to take one first and then once I ejaculate then will I be able to keep going on for more. I feel like I blow a gasket and I truely want to go longer.

Generally you take those meds before you get started…and yes, you will tend to maintain an erection even after ejaculation…if you take it after you ejaculate the first time, then you’ll go flaccid but become erect again and have that for a while…
I’ve known guys in the swinging lifestyle who took viagra so they could play with multiple partners in one night, without missing a beat, so to speak…

why the heck would you want to do that!?! I am a woman, and I wish they had never invented any of those stupid drugs. All men think about is sex, sex, sex. Get a hobby. Do something constructive for crying out loud. or get one nut and GO TO SLEEP. Learn something. the whole world is not about sex. Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra are for PERVERTS!!!!!
