Yes, it is. And as others have said, it is probably stupid to for other reasons than legal.
In Florida, the minimum age of consent is 16.
Unlike what others have said, sex with someone over 16 is not necessarily unlawful if you’re under 24 IN FLORIDA. I do so love when people spout off opinions about ages of consent without checking the facts first….
Even though that still doesn’t make it "right."

In Florida as long as she is under the age of 16 it is statutory rape should her parents decide press charges. You can go to jail if they decide to press charges against you no matter if she is a willing participant or not.

Yes, it is illigal. The same thing was on 20-20 the other day. If you get caught having sex with a 15 year old, you can be charged as a sexual pedifile, because at 15, a girl cannot legaly concent to sex.

Its not illegal until the day you turn 18, unless she’s 16 first. But its not a good idea. Parents can be crazy and press charges.
So for your answer: No. It is legal… for now.
Be careful. Birthcontrol and condoms please! You don’t want that big of a responsibility this early in life.

It is illegal and stupid. Can you support a child? Do you really know a birth control method that is 100% effective? If you answered yes, then you’re wrong. There is not one.
What you are contemplating at the least is statutory rape and could even be prosecuted as child sexual abuse. You should see how those guys get treated in prison. Yikes! Wanna be some big bruiser’s girlfriend?
Find a nice private place and a dirty magazine & quit trying to lob hand grenades into your young life.
