Please only answer if you know i turned 16 October 31 and im dating a 18 year old whos turning 19 November 29. Please help me. His parents (who kicked him out and technically no longer control him) are trying to be nosy and threatening that we should break-up because "somebody" is going to press charges, Can they do this?

The age of consent in Florida is 18. However, a person up to 23 years of age can legally have sex with a person 16 or older. In your case, since the sex was going on before you turned 16, and he was already 18, then he committed a crime when you two had sex.
In short, yes, he can be brought up on statutory rape charges. Just because you are 16 now, but 15 when the crime took place, does not mean it is no longer a crime.

So you’re dating. How do they KNOW you’re having sex?
Assumption is not enough to press charges.
There must be provable evidence in order to convict.
Since HE is the one (at 19) who would face charges, then HE is the one who should make sure, before sticking it where it doesn’t belong.
Geez, what has the world come to, when women pay the GUY for sex by doing all his dirty work for him so he can have his fun?
(Quite frankly, he’s lucky you already turned 16. At 15, it didn’t matter what his age was, since he was an adult and you were under the age of consent.)
