It may get better, it may not. HOWEVER, if it doesn’t simply go away there are plenty of ways to fix it. My husband tried the standard techniques: keggel exercises, meditation, masturbating right before, but he just found them boring to do and ineffective (maybe because he got bored and gave up before seeing results).

It will get better as they erm… work on it.
It’s not a hormonal problem, it’s an experience problem. Think of the best meal you’ve ever had… the first time you have it, it’s out of this world and you scarf it down… after you’ve had it a few times you learn to control yourself, and, even though it’s still really good, you know how to savor it.

Kit is right. It is because the guy is sooo excited to be with you it just…oops! Sorry. But don’t worry. As he gets more from you it won’t be such a big deal to him. And as you age there will be less and less guys excited about you.
