    no, it’s:
    1. a way to help weak people in society
    2. a way for people who want to help make a living

and, yes, depressants can be poisonous. This is why they must be prescribed by someone who knows wat they are doing: like psychiatrists.

  2. Just a person who enjoys answers Says:

    No.

  3. MASTER_OF_THE_UNIVERSE Says:

probly not, but why do you care?

  4. Tres Says:

Psychiatry exists to help people like you…

Its not weak people. teachers can teach because too many laws make it hard to dicipline. Education is weak so weak mined people give poeple more cruches that a good swift kick in the rear to make them wake up to become aware of their enviroment.

  6. Douglas P Says:

No, you stupid bitch. Psychiatry is a medical device for helping people.

  7. kevin Says:

No. The drugs they prescribe deal with youre emotions. If you give emotionaly unstable people mood changers then there is going to be side effects. My borother took "happy pills" but suffered withdrawel when he was not on them.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. I was on anti-depressant for a year and my depression was cured. I haven’t had a depressed thought in 5 years. And look I’m I’m still alive after all that "poison" I’m more healthy mentally and physically than I have ever been.

  9. ACHE Says:

Anti depressants are poison. They are lithium pills (lithium melts the brain, literaly, worse than heroine), and other psychiatric medicines are also harmful, and pretty much fry peoples brains so that even when they are off them they seem even more crazy. It makes them fat, paranoid, disturbed, and emotionally weak.

Psychiatry might be a way to eliminate weak people, but for sure its an easy way for evil people to make money fast.

No, they’re for the greater good. Before the proliferation of anti-depressants and psychiatry, there were winos you were homeless and slept under bridges and overpasses at night, begging and buying booze. You see a lot less of this now. Its about saving people and making them productive instead of ending up as winos.

i don’t think it is. side effects aren’t permanent, and people that aren’t even on anti-depressants have those problems anyway. sure, some psychiatry can get really annoying, but in the long run, i think that it helps more than it ‘hurts’ they aren’t trying to eliminate people
