In a previous question, I asked if my testicular pain and swelling was related to a lack of ejaculation (link below).

The first question is related to health (still taking answers). This question is more aesthetic and heuristic.
I intend to withhold all sexual stimulation and ejaculation for an additional 3 days to see if this occurs again. If it does, should I consider this a "medical condition," and treat it as such?
My wife has begun teasing me about needing to be "milked like a cow."
I really do not wish to suffer pain, swelling, and embarrassment (my balls are visible through jeans before they swell) simply because I do not ejaculate. Provided my wife and I both have the motivation and drive to solve the problem under normal circumstances.
If I do confirm it is a lack of ejaculation, should I try and condition my glands to settle down?
We currently have a great sex life, I do not wish to muck it up.
Really, I am thirty years old, married for almost a decade (with children), and thought I was well past uncontrollable hormonal urges, let alone physical trauma.
For example, if I don’t get my coffee, I get a caffeine headache. If I don’t get my nicotine, I get cranky. So it seems that now if I do not ejaculate my testicles will hurt?
Please, I need answers.
