Is there a correlation between vaginal cancers and the amount of sexual activity over a certain amount of time?

In other words, would a woman who has had little to no sex over the years have a healthier pap test than , let’s say, a woman who has had a more frequent sex life?

    Not necessarily. A woman could have sex with one guy who happens to carry HPV, and receive the virus from him. Of course, the more partners a woman has, the more likely she is to encounter this virus, but it can certainly happen with one encounter.
