    First and foremost–see your Doctor.

There is a condition known as non-specific urethritis(NSU) that is simply a urinary track infection but the symptoms are identical. And it needs to be addressed.

No, sex is the only way known to man (and woman).

You can get gonorrhea in your eyes or throat, but there has to be some type of sex involved.

Gonorrhea is spread through contact with the penis, vagina, mouth, or anus. Ejaculation does not have to occur for gonorrhea to be transmitted or acquired. Gonorrhea can also be spread from mother to baby during delivery.

People who have had gonorrhea and received treatment may get infected again if they have sexual contact with a person infected with gonorrhea.

and the person that said you can get it in your eyes…dude…only through birth man…unless you let them ejaculate in your eye…I guess thats an option if your into that stuff…

if your touching sexual parts on a person…you best know their history…
