Is this considered Child Porn?

Thu, Feb 18, 2010

General

Girls at my high school love to show off their belly rings, bikini bodies on facebook. A question, is lifting your shirt or being in a bikini considered porn? I know it may cause sexual stimulation, but does that fall into the Playboy or Jugs Magazine category? Just curious, because pretty much half of my school’s female population would be in jail?

No it wouldn’t. To qualify they would have to be doing something overtly sexual, such as displaying their genitals in a lewd way. Strictly speaking even if they were naked it wouldn’t automatically be considered child porn.

If only half of the young women are doing these things, you have nothing to fear. See, when something reaches critical mass, it wanes rapidly afterward.

Imagine eating Twinkies all night while watching TV. After three or four hours, you’ll get sick of the same old stuff, even though the first couple tasted great. Sex is the same way. If you memorize a million breasts, waists and butts…you’ll become callous to a billion more. Once callous, you won’t care about mere memorizing. Only snuff films will do. After that, secret torturing and killing will give the adrenaline you crave. Then group or pack-evil can get you off.

This explains the strangeness of our society. If the girls are just pulling up the shirt and emailing pics, that’s just the innocent start of the real sludge that’s ahead.

    Relax.

yes. The standards you have to day is much lower then lower. Your just brainwashed by the hippie generation who let pandoras box out in the 60`s

It would depend on how hard and how far the law wanted to push it, but in general no, it is not considered pornography in normal circumstance, just probably not a good idea.

Don’t pass on the photos, but I doubt they are porn if there are no bare tops or bottoms. Midriff or belly button isn’t porn and people wear bikini on the beach so that can’t be porn. nude would be.
