Him and his wife go at it like nobody can hear them. The only thing that keeps our houses apart is a wooden fence. I can see their backyard perfectly from my living room also, and sometimes when the children play outside they can see/hear them. How to fix this problem??

When you can hear them going at it, start to ask them the typical neighbor questions. Or ask them how it feels. The point is to let them know you know what they are doing. If that fails to stop them, then I would confront them directly and ask them to stop. After all, if you can see and hear them, they are just being rude and maybe they are exhibitionists. But you have kids to worry about.

you could probably call the cops, indecent exposure, if kids are involved that’s what i would do.
