Go to the urologist – they have several options (some not medicine).

Haven’t tried it but I know of a few ones. Horny goat weed raises sexual desire.. vialipro is like viagra but is herbal and has a similar effect.. if its ED not impotence it should still work well. Orexis is more a long term sexual one though I’ve heard mixed results with it. Provigra-x I hear is also OK. As for other prescription ones I hear levitra doesn’t have as bad side effects as cialis or viagra. ED sucks for him and you so good luck fixing it!

If viagra is not an option then do not try any herbal supplements or any kind of male enhancement product without the consent of a doctor.

You might try that new brand of lube from KY called "yours and mine". I’ve heard its suppose to help increase the pleasure in both men and women. So that might help.

Aside from that, deffinately ask your doctor about realistic options. I don’t want to make too many suggestions because I don’t know his situation and I don’t think you should try anything that might hurt him.

But I can tell you that healthy diet and exercise would most likely help, as well as maintaining healthy blood preasure and stress reduction.
