Paxil Questions…Does splitting dosage help sexual side effects?? Is 15 mg effective?

General

I’ve been on paxil 7.5 mg. for a while…and I’m still feeling very anxious and shaky …I’m about to go on 15 mg and not 20 because the sexual side effects are too bad at 20…but I was wondering if anyone knows if splittling my dosage of 15 mg by doing 7.5 in the morning and 7.5 at night will help alleviate sexual dysfunction? I experienced that on 20 mg paxil…Also, will 15 have a drastic impact compared to 7.5?

I would experiment and try splitting the dose into morning and night doses. Doubling to 15 from 7.5 should make a noticeable difference. I did find that the sexual side effects of Prozac went away after a year, if thatgives you any hope.
