Sexual activity takes place with mutual consent. Sexual assault takes place without the consent of the other partner. Sexual assault may include rape, forced vaginal, anal or oral penetration, forced sexual intercourse, inappropriate touching, forced kissing, Child sexual abuse, or the torture of the victim in a sexual manner.

If it’s done with out consent then it can lead to assault, some people can be very force full when it comes to getting what they want.
