I am 18-year-old male, but in sexual fantasy I usually imagine myself as female. Generally, my fantasies involve me as a lesbian. I’ve always been confident of my masculinity, and I feel just fine as a male.
I have always been straight, and grew up with crushes on different girls. In my early teens, however, I used to crossdress, and now the fantasy of being female or lesbian is very exciting to me.
I don’t know if this is a dysfunction, or something abnormal. I’m also concerned if this will negatively affect my sex life (I have chosen to wait until I am married to have sex). Will I ever be able to perform well sexually if I am attached to such a fantasy?

lesbians have sex with women, so you are ok.
if you want to wear a strap on every time you do a woman, that would be a problem.
