Eat more fiber...etc vegetables, fruits. you need to also work out and possibly lose the extra body fat you are carrying. get your cholesterol and blood pressure checked. workout,cardio..etc. don't allow these tv ad and things of that nature to think a pill is the cure. you probably are in POOR shape therefore what's natural isn't so natural anymore.
