I don’t know if it’s a buildup of actual semen that makes it feel good, but the longer it’s been since the last time having sex, there will be a buildup of "something" that makes him more turned on, and makes the sexual pleasure more intense.
I don’t exactly think it’s semen though, because a normal amount still comes out at the end.
