What constitutes as sexual activity and why?

General

Some people say that sexual activity is no different from other pleasure-related physical activities like a friendly massage.
However, some people have strict definitions of what it means to engage in sexual activity.

Is it where you are touching? How you are touching? Is it your intent? Is it your thoughts? why?

I suppose any activity that elevates sexual horomones.

by this definition I suppose these would qualify as sexual activites:
    watching pornography
    thinking sexual thoughts

Fundamentally , the 5 sense organs are controlling our worldly activities.. see, hear , smell, taste and touch. Sensation is touch related . Sex is sensation related .Love is sex related .
I bring in Love because UNLIKE the other sense organs , touch involves another person. It is a relationship act and , hence , has to have love as an element.
Rape is not a sexual activity. Rape is a violation of personal freedom , though rape also involves sexual organs! Sex is a programmed stimulus in the humans with the superimposition of freewill for its proper useage
