The longest I’ve gone since age 15 was probably a month or a month and a half. Is this normal?
I broke up with my girlfriend and I’m thinking of trying complete chastity for a couple months. My head always seems to be a little clearer after week 2. I guess self denial is sort of enjoyable.

self denial is very good my friend since most of the people are slaves when it comes to sex in all its forms and when accept the fact that you should stop you realize it more than ever
you will face infinit numbers of dificulties when you chose to take this dicision
some people enjoy it (we all do) but the probllem is that they don’t realizse that they are captivated to their sexual instinct
and this is where are problems rise
in my opinion this is a true form of adiction in which all human beings face
they hoever don’t know that
stoping needs big efforts
