Sometimes I notice I have a VERY difficult time getting to sleep after sex. Should it just be done earlier in the evening? Will it effect my ability to get to sleep and stay asleep? Serious answers only.
Thank you.

Sexual intercourse releases endorphins and serotonin, you should be able to go and stay asleep. Medically speaking there is no reason that sex would keep you up, unless you are taking medication to have sex, or, for the lack of something better to say, your doing something wrong?
