As a fellow teenager myself, I am doing everything I can within my power and mental capacity to think of constructive, creative, bonified but yet practical solutions to help solve the problem of sexual activity among lost and wayward teenagers. Therefore, I believe that it is time to strongly consider the option of public humiliation for these lost and wayward teenagers to combat the negative influence of this absolutely absurd and barbaric practice known as “sex”. Hence, a nationwide program should be created that mandates teenagers engaging in sexual activity to pick up trash along highways wearing an “I can’t keep my legs closed” shirt.
So, would public humiliation be an appropriate punishment for teenagers engaging in sexual activity?

Nah, that’s too easy.
We have to dress them in nothing but diapers and baby bonnets, gag them with the pacifier, keep them blindfolded, and THEN have them pick up trash along the highways, while having their arms tied behind their backs.
That’ll teach them good..oh yeah
